My bills have been exactly what I expected so far, and I haven’t seen any weird extra fees pop up.

The app is easy to use, which is a relief because so many apps make simple things way more complicated than they need to be. I didn’t have to sit there guessing where everything was or fight through a bunch of confusing menus. It just works well enough and gets the job done.

The no-logs thing is pretty much why I went with TorGuard in the first place. I’m not really looking for a million extra features or some flashy app, I just want a VPN that isn’t keeping tabs on what I’m doing. And yeah, so far it’s been fine. It connects, does what I need, and I don’t have to think about it too much. Privacy is the big thing for me, so that part gives me some peace of mind. I mean, the app could probably be prettier, but whatever, it works.

I had some trouble getting the VPN set up on my router, so I reached out to support. after I paid I was a little suspicious and wondered if I’d get proper help, but they did respond with clear steps and kept going back and forth with me until it finally worked. It took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating, but in the end they were helpful and seemed to know what they were doing.

I set it up on my Windows laptop, iPhone, and Firestick, and it was painless. For me, it’s nice that one account covers all the stuff I actually use, though I could see it mattering less if you only stick to one device.

Most of the time the servers are up and ready when I need them, so I can’t really complain too much. Every now and then a few are busy, which makes me wonder if they’re holding back some capacity for higher-priority users or peak times, but overall it’s been reliable.
